You may return unworn and unused products in their original condition within 14 days days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at [email protected] and read the next paragraphs for instructions :

• In case of return, return costs to our headquarters are at your expense. Please use a return method that includes a tracking number. Once received, we will proceed to a full refund of your order or selected items using a bank transfert.
  
  
• In case of exchange, return costs to our headquarters are at your expense. Please use a return method that includes a tracking number. Once received, we will send the new items to your address and cover the shipping costs. Note that only one return process (including one or many items) can be made by order. If the new item is cheaper than original we will refund the difference using bank transfert. If the new item is more expensive, you will have to pay for the difference before shipping. 
  
  
• All products are carefully inspected by us before shipping to your address. However, if you ever receive a damaged product, return costs to our headquarters are at our expense. However, we will kindly ask you to pay the return fees and we will refund them back once the product arrives in our headquarters. Please use a return method that includes a tracking number. Once received, you will have the choice between a full refund or an exchange.

In both situation, the product(s) must be in perfect condition with handtags if included and original packaging if possible. We won’t exchange or return product(s) that you may have damaged : stains, scratch, cuts, …
